App and Developer Identity: This Privacy Policy applies to the Radius (also branded as Rad) mobile application distributed on Google Play under package identifier app.radius.nearby and the web application at https://weradar.grok.me. Both Radius and Rad refer to the exact same application developed, owned, and operated by Artem9821 (Artem Chubarov, reachable at [email protected]).
2. Adults 18+ Only & Child Safety Policy: Rad (Radius) is a dating and local social discovery service strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service. Artem9821 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any suspected underage account or safety violation is immediately terminated and reported.
3. Data We Collect and Why: Account and profile information includes name, email, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), birth year / 18+ confirmation, gender, bio, profile photos, optional verification selfie, language preference (EN/УКР), and optional phone number. If you sign in with Google or X, that provider authenticates you and shares your name and email solely to create and access your account. With your explicit permission, Rad collects device location to show members within a 100-mile radius, calculate halfway meetup distances, and place an approximate pin on the map. Precise street addresses are never displayed; map pins are fuzzed about 1 mile. Messages and any phone number you explicitly share are stored so the recipient can read them. You may revoke a shared phone number at any time. Core features are free, and new members receive a complimentary 90-day launch promotion with no payment card required. Optional web upgrades on weradar.grok.me are processed by Stripe. Artem9821 never sees or stores full payment card numbers.
4. Data Sharing and Security: Artem9821 does not sell your personal data and never shares your photos, messages, phone number, or location with advertisers or data brokers. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
5. Blocking, Reporting, and Moderation: You can block or report any member from their profile card, map pin, or chat. Blocked users cannot view your profile or contact you. Reports are reviewed by Artem9821 within 24 hours.
6. How to Delete Your Account and Data: You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data (profile, photos, location, matches, messages, shared phone numbers, and sign-in credentials) at any time. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. On the web: visit https://weradar.grok.me/delete-account or email [email protected] with the subject “Delete Account”. Deletion is completed within 7 days.
